This project on Prouts Neck was affectionately named "The Birdhouse" by community members and subcontractors during construction. Long after project completion, the nickname seemed to stick. The exterior of this house reads like a typical Maine shingle style home. The interior is a unique experience which unfolds as you tour the home. The house is outfitted with brass fixtures, a waterfall island, beautiful marble bathrooms, built in's throughout, a spiral staircase and high gloss ceilings.
